Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.

Returns:
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it following our return guidelines.

The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges:
We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at [email protected] . The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
